I don't think you could have a better holiday than this in such a diverse, beautiful and interesting part of
the world. And we saw 105 different species of birds!
I'm writing to let you know we arrived home safely and to thank you for all your hard work and generosity
It was really a fantastic holiday so thanks to all of you and your team,
especially Huptamo (is this how you spell it?) for his kindness, good humour and safe driving.
As I said, you and your wife are always welcome here as our guests,
perhaps in June. I have already completed the Responsible Travel review but am writing something here for your
This was a most wonderful holiday, thanks to Eskinder and his team who
made very thing go very smoothly, with calmness and consideration.
Care was taken to use local guides and drivers in the different towns thus
supporting a sustainable agenda, and we liked the fact that a percentage of profits goes towards children's
charities, much needed work in Ethiopia.
Eskinder pays great attention to detail and makes sure his clients are
happy and comfortable. He is also very well informed about the country and the different regions so discussions
with him about the past and present directions were interesting and thought-provoking.

We have traveled extensively over the last 14 years, this was by far the most memorable, enjoyable and best
trip we have done.
All of it was wonderful, the most amazing part was the tribes in the Omo
Valley, it was like being transported to another world and time.
The trip was great although some distances travelled by car were long, I
would suggest looking at some internal flights.
Having said that, you would miss the wonderful & vibrant everyday life
just walking along the streets and in the villages, there is always something to marvel at.
The locals benefited from travellers happy to support local shops by
buying local products, all at amazingly low prices.
There are no big groups of tourists on buses, how refreshing, and people
traveling in these parts seem well aware of any impact on the environment, no rubbish thrown
around.Read the independentreview at ResponsibleTravel.com
